Personalized Approach
Hello! My name is Freya Valkyrie. Ever cents I could remember I've always wanted a unique and safe equestrian facility for my horses, A place that the horses would enjoy living in and just being their nature self. I can't remember how many times I've hired buildings from all over to build my facility, the buildings were always lovely but something always just seem to be missing from them. After many years of wondering and becoming more fascinated in the world of building, I took it apon myself to learn the ways and receive a degree within. Once my degree was receive a team was put together to be by my side ever way to build unique equestrian facilities.
Rules
1. Give credit where it is needed. Don't claim as your own!
2. Apart from color and accessories, nothing is to be edited in any way.
3. You may not use the build as a template for any others.
4. If you wish to sell the build at some point, we'd appreciate it if you let us know in case we may be interested in taking it back. If we don't want the build then please let us know who it was sold to.
5. In no way should you place the build up for public download. Only time the build should be posted to the public is when we have agreed to you selling it if we wish not to take it back.
6. Only apply if you are going to use the build. We won't waste our time building something that won't be used or shown often or here and there.
7. You must fully understand that building something takes time. We have a real life that comes first and will pull us away from building. Whenever a project is accepted, we try our hardest to get it done in a timely matter.
8. Depending on the build it can take up to a week or more. Large builds can take up to 1 month maybe more.
9. Don't pester us to get it done! The more you pester, the more we will cancel the request or wish to not do it. Your welcome to ask how the building is going, but again don't do it every 2-3 days after asking before.
10. Updates are welcome to be given to you and will do so each time something new has been finished or worked on.
11. If a member remains inactive over 1 ES year (4 months) on the forum, building will be reclaimed.
12. We reserve the right to refuse any entries for whatever reason.
